Welcome to St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church
How to Volunteer
If you are interested in becoming a St. Patrick’s disciple (volunteer), you must be registered with our parish, fill the in the Volunteering Package forms and choosing a volunteering opportunity,
The Diocese has established several measures to protect children, parishioners, volunteers, and seniors to create a safe environment:
Screening
All clergy, employees and volunteers serving the vulnerable must provide Vulnerable Sector Police Information checks. A defined process of interviews and reference checks help affirm a candidate for any position. (Only if working with children, youth, and seniors).
Training
All clergy, employees and volunteers are required to participate in orientation and the Safe Environment training. Training will be provided in the Parish and online.
Model Code of Conduct
This code of conduct creates the structure to develop and implement uniform guidelines for appropriate behaviour of all religious and lay persons involved in ministries and other activities.
Please click on “Volunteering Opportunities” and choose the team you want to join, afterwards download the “Volunteering Package” and fill in the forms.
Please scan the forms and send them to: parish@stpatrickcalgary.com or bring them to the office. Thank you!
